Reservations
Reservations are carried out in a secured method (verisign licence).
Special offers
certain special rates are subject to a minimum amount of nights. If the length of your stay is shortened, the rate per night may then also be changed.
Payment
Your credit card will be debited 8 days before your date of arrival (except for New Year's : 30 days ) and only after definite confirmation of your reservation. Your credit card statement will show -NAUTIL- and not the name of the hotel.
only extras (telephone, mini bar etc) will be payable on the spot.
In case of a cancellation
More than 08 days before your arrival date, your credit card will not be debited and there will be no cancellation fee.
- between 08 and 03 days before your arrival date, you will be reimbursed immediately minus the cancellation fee of 75 euros.
- less than 72 hours before your arrival date, you will be reimbursed minus the cancellation fee which is 01 night of rooms reserved.
